CLAYGATE RESIDENTS' SURVEY

Since the Claygate: The Way Forward (CTWF) initiative was launched in November 2023, working groups have researched six key areas: Shops and Businesses, Transport and Parking, Housing, Environment, Health and Wellbeing, and Leisure and Recreation. To understand the views of residents about the future of the village, the initiative developed and conducted a comprehensive village-wide survey. Over 1614 people responded - more than 25% of the adult population of Claygate.

The working groups have studied the findings of the survey and proposed recommendations.  Responsibility for Claygate: The Way Forward was handed over to Claygate Parish Council in August 2024.
